關於法國Le placard耳機音樂節歷史。（是我跟ｓａｍｕｅｌ的​朋友開啟的喔！） Thirteen years ago, Erik Minkkinen launched in his tiny room in the 20th arrondissement’s of Paris : Le placard. A buzzing sound laboratory and hive for sound experiments. This has spread all over the world : from Tokyo to Mulhouse via Brussels, London, New York, Leipzig, Belgrade , Nancy, Krakow. In le Placard, you listen to the concerts exclusively through Headphones— creating a greater intimacy between the musician and the listener, and avoiding external noise. "Le placard is primarily a meeting of musicians and performers, plus a real festival. It is a place of research where one comes to share his music, test stuff, experiment, "said Minkkinen, a musician in various formations (Discom, Sister Iodine, West Indies).

The "Headphone Festival" has become the meeting point of the underground experimental scene, through simple word-of-mouth and the internet. To participate, simply log on to their website (www.leplacard.org), pick a vacant time in the program schedule and then register. Soon, private apartments become cramped to accommodate the ever-growing audience. The boundaries between audience and musicians become more porous. "Everyone ends up becoming an actor, says Eric Minkkinen, either by offering a performance, either by giving helping hands to the facilities."

The musician Samuel André which propose this concert is an old friend of Erik Minkkinen.After having participated in several “Placard Festival” and organized a few, Samuel André organized various events with headphones in Kyoto :"solaris" in a gallery and "constellation" outdoors. The idea is to put listeners in a privileged listening situation that respects and allows artist and audience to immerse themselves fully in the sound. Everyone as the same level creating an atmosphere full of sharing and conviviality.

此次提出耳機音樂會想法的音樂家Samuel André為Erik Minkkinen.熟識的朋友。在參加並一同舉辦幾次​“Placard Festival ”耳機音樂會之後，Samuel André 也在京都舉辦了幾次耳機音樂會：在畫廊舉辦的“Sola​ris”和在戶外舉辦的“constellation （星座）”。延續耳機音樂會的這個想法，讓聽眾享有特權​，在尊重和聽取情況下允許藝術家和觀眾完全沉浸在自己耳​邊的聲音。每個人都為相同的氛圍的下營造及分享歡樂與祥​和。
